Before we talk about the fixed issues, let's talk about the update with added things.

New

  • Languages: We decided to add more than 3 languages to the game. These are French, Italian and Spanish after Polish, Russian and Ukrainian. We would like to add German and Romanian, but we weren't able to do it because of the problem with the fonts. Now there are 7 languages on the game.
  • Objective top bar: We added the objective top bar, as we considered updating the objective UI. On the game, it uses our made top bar. The font of the text is supported in many languages (except for Romanian and some letters of French), as we had to edit it. Here's a GIF of the new objective top bar.

Fixed

  • Localization:
    • Fixed the Polish translation of the text for the final, as it didn't have a translation. As this game is made in Unity, you may have seen something like "No translation" when the text didn't have a translation for a language.
    • Fixed the Ukrainian translation of the subtitle about the blocked place. Instead of "what the hell", there was "what the turn" (черга means "a turn").
  • Player:
    • When the axe was destroyed before and then he took a new one, the axe's animator didn't work at all.
    • The crosshair of the player was bigger/smaller in any screen resolution.
    • Even though there wasn't a task about the lever we needed, you could have gone closer to the box with the lever and it would have lighted.
    • When the player is beating the planks by an axe, the planks could have been broken far away.
    • Sometimes the player stuck in the destroyed planks, especially when it's about the restore of the ink pressure.
    • The player stuck in the sofa, especially near the arms.
  • Menu:
    • There was an issue with the SFX and Music sliders. When you slid them, it didn't change the music/SFX sounds.
    • The Resolution Dropdown on Pause menu didn't work.
  • Bendy Cutout Jumpscare:
    • When Bendy Cutout appeared, you could have noticed that the cutout was going through the objects.
  • Subtitles:
    • When the player said something about the basement and he took the inkwell (if it's finished), you could have had the double subtitles, which is not good.
  • Optimization:
    • The game used Realtime Reflection Probes, which caused the lags of the game.

Changes

  • Boxes after one with the lever: Now when you open a box with the layer, you can't open the boxes after this.
  • Blocked enter: A little bit, but we just added a floor.
  • Ambience sound: Instead of the ambience sound from Alpha, now we use another one.

NOTICE: We will still update the game as much as possible. Not all bugs have solved yet and we don't really update the game. Moreover, the game is yet unfinished. Therefore we don't have any guarantee that the game will be better/worse or we will update it often. Thank you.
